Pursuant to the contract titled 0Contract for Remodeling and dated August 10th, 2022 (Agreement), you have conducted yourself in such a way that has materially breached this Agreement due to the following actions: 1)Job abandonment without completed description of work. Section 1.1 of the agreement outlined below;a.Removal of existing shower panb.Replacing plumbing in shower to accept soaker tub. Reroute plumbing in bathtub to toilet the side of the bath for walk in shower. Replace and install new show drains for shower and bathtub.c.Install new drywall and concrete backer board on bath walls and floor. Apply red guard waterproofing X2 coats for watertight *****.Build customer ***** shower pan with curb, dry pack installation with rubber membrane. Build to customer spec X2 knee walls and cap with hard surfacee.Install 200sf tile est. Use leveling system and non-sag mortar. Install new granite on ***** and niches.f.Finish all walls and sand prime paint entire bathroom to level 5 finish. Install new trim and clean to perfection. Repair skylight walls and corner beads.
