I also ordered a pillow in November, 2021 and it is now April 24, 2022. I have never received my merchandise. Have e-mailed them many times and got an answer on the first e-mail. Otherwise, they do not recognize my e-mails. Absolutely hate being taken for a fool. This was ordered from an advertisement on Facebook. I also complained to them, no answer! Guess they are making a mint from this scam!

I order 1 pillow got an email that it was a fake site. Still fighting with card on transaction. So order from EntireComfortPillow on Dec 21. Theres been numerous emails back forth from their so called C Service. But here it is Feb 3rd and no product!!!Not to mention still fighting with the 1st order $ with my credit card company ***********************************Review from Vicki B.

Their customer service is NON-EXCISTENCE.... I have emailed them 4 times, and not one reply back from them. I ordered a pillow to help with my knee and back pains, they got their money of $39.99 from me, and I have not and probably wont ever get my pillow. I have requested a full refund... probably non-excistence also... I have since researched this company, and they are a SCAM company... go figure...I would like to help from someone or several someone's to save their money and aggravation.Thanking you in advance.Review from Celia-Bess C

I appreciate getting the contact information from BBB but I have been unable to contact Entire Comfort Pillows through that address. The two pillows I ordered will soon be 2 months late.
