I made 2 ordered from this website between both orders it was around 250$ the ordered single had a hiccup and didn't get send for over a month and a half. Then when I finally get my products 3 are missing and then I yelled sms yelled to get the company to pay me back for the items I didn't get but they just ignore me. So now I'm coning to you to get a resolution. Below are pictures of the orderes they cancelled but never refunded.Initial Complaint

Last March I purchased the items shown in the **** but no items were sent... I contacted support, and they strung me along for roughly 6 months, saying they are having shipping delays, or even that they would reship items until I couldn't refund the items via PayPal anymore... then they went completely dark, they disabled the help email that i was working with, and no items ever arrived.... I made a $42.25 purchase from Waz Shop on 3/24/22 via their Company website. It has now been almost 2 months and I have not received my tapestries. I sent emails to the company every day with little to no response. I was provided tracking information, but the only thing it says is "pre-shipment info sent **** awaits items." I started looking on their ******** page, and was quick to discover many other people who have not received their orders for much longer than myself. I started making negative posts on their ******** page and the owner sent me a private message this past Monday on 5/16 saying he would send out my order that day and I would receive updates in the next day or so. It is now Friday and I have no shipping updates. I am asking you guys for help; I am a broke nursing student and I want my money back. I don't want any more people to be scammed by this guy!
