      We had called to have the business come for an estimate and repair depending on price. Our electric for the garage went out and we dug up the wire and found the problem prior to them arriving. They told us it would be about $100 to fix. Both my husband and I were outside while they quoted us and while they did the repairs. They were there for about an hour. We then received a $300 ****, three times the amount of what we were quoted. I called to talk to them and they refused to do anything and were very unprofessional. I was willing to pay $150, $50 more than we were quoted because that's how much it would have cost for my husband to go and buy the equipment needed to fix it. We didn't want to but the equipment as we would only use it once and have no need for it. So, it made more since to have them to repair it. ****** we talked to reported that her people would "never give a quote" and that she "called my husband three times". Which the phone calls were to collect the ****. Not to inform us at any point the price was going to increase. We have reached no resolution and I'm at a loss at what to do. I don't feel this situation is appropriate and I hope that no one else will go through this again.

      I spoke with ** **** ******** on the phone August 24th who called for a service call needed right away for a fence install he was installing and they cut a wire. Two electricians went to his property and installed a new wire and had trenched it in and the customer also asked while we were there to add a new switch in the garage. I billed out Bo and when they received the *********************** put a complaint on ****** about our company.  I called Bo 3 times and left messages to talk about the review left on ******.  In October I rebilled the invoice after not receiving a response.  After she receive the **** again in October she called to discuss.  She stated with the costs of everything going up and gas I'm unable to pay this amount.  That she had people there before us and said it "should" only cost them $100.00 to repair.  Sounds like she was confused at who told her pricing. Our employees ask customers to call the office for pricing if customers are concerned about pricing. I was professional and tried to work with ******* and explain the situation.  I explained the material amount was over $100.00 that I couldn't except her to pay just $100.00.  I offer her to pay installments and she stated no and that we can take her to collections because she was not paying us for our service. I feel she is trying to scam our company out of not paying for her ****. We gave them quick service and went above and beyond what they called for in the first place.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      They continue to remain unprofessional and are reporting that I had said things I did not. I reported we had another business come and he recommended we spend the $150 on the equipment needed to fix it independently. My husband was going to cancel ******* and do it himself, but they arrived early and never called prior to arrival. Since they were already here and gave us the $100 estimate we decided to have them repair it. As mentioned, we had already dug the entire wire up in preparation to repair it independently. I am not trying to scam the business, I have definitely learned that I will never have a job complete without the estimate written in advance. I am extremely offended by the accusation. It is very clear looking into my credit history I pay 100% of my bills on time. How this signifies a scam is beyond me. Why would anyone who is trying to "scam" a buisness report the problem to the BBB and still offer to pay half of the initial ****. My husband is not the one who wrote the review, therefore he should not have been the one that was called. There was no response to me on the review with the recommendation to call and talk about it.

      We contacted the individual that called for service three times and no response back.  We preformed prompt services and went above and beyond.  I did not have ********* phone number to contact her due to she didn't call us for services.  I will reduce the **** to $150.00 as stated in previous complaint to cover material and some of the labor.
