This company is a fraud they tell you you are going to save so much money with their solar panels and have little to no electrical bill HA! That's a joke for maybe 3-4 months since I have had my solar panels for 2 yrs I have had little to no electrical bill otherwise I have had 1/2 to full electrical bill when company contacted they just want 12 months of your bills sent for them to go over pathetic then they will give me 9 yards of manure this company is fraudulent and as far tax credit they require you to pay it back to them payments go up monthly after 1 yr and has put me in farther debt sad to say

Everlight has been nothing but helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I had 4 other quotes done before Everlight so I was well prepared for any pushy sales tactics. What impressed me the most was the immediate responses I got via text messages when I had a question. To this day, several months after install, I can still get a near immediate response to my questions via text. Always with a positive demeanor and customer service is paramount to me. installation went smoothly except for one thing, they had to dig a trench for wiring to a separate building with panels on it and it was obvious that they were not experts at digging trenches. The trench cut a wide swath that has yet to heal and is still trying to grow grass months later. I'm not terribly worried about it but they should have checked with me to confirm the path of the trench before digging. If my irrigation team can lay pipe with barely a visible cut in the earth, they should learn to do the same. Other than that, the system has been solid and I'm making way more power than I thought I would, enough that I should be able to cover the winter months without issue.My advice would be to do your research and get multiple quotes (never ever go with the first one). Know how much energy you are using currently so you can make an informed decision as to how many panels will be needed. Lastly, don't answer your door to strangers, make them come to you on your time, when you're ready :-)

I do not understand how Everlight Solar can be an Accredited Business. The business tactics are completely inappropriate, unprofessional and their employees have complete disregard for any decency. We have experienced all the pushy sales tactics that others here have mentioned. But to make it worse for our neighborhood, the President and CEO of Everlight Solar (His name can be found on their website), has purchased a residential house in our ****** Neighborhood and packs it will these low quality, pushy door-to-door salesman.Our neighborhood has been dealing with the revolving door of Everlight Solar employees at this house for 3 years. We have vehicle logs of (53) different vehicles at this house that is zoned for Single-Family Residential. Everlight Solar and their CEO have intentionally, knowingly and continuously violated the local zoning laws.Just this last weekend, it was like college moving day with (13) different vehicles and numerous people (Hard to get a count) coming and going, moving in furniture, etc. for who knows how many people. There are young children who ride their bikes and walk on the sidewalks and the Everlight Solar employees completely clogged up the street and sidewalk for the weekend to move in many more people to continue violating the zoning laws. How long before one of their employees cause harm to a person in a neighborhood they don't even live in.This company, their employees and their policies are complete trash. No community should have to tolerate a company like this.

Pushy, rude, predatory sales tactics. Everlight proudly ignores no soliciting signs.

Same as many other. Ignore no solicitation signs, return many times. Lie and say they are not “selling” anything but rather are setting up an infrastructure. Smug and condescending when you tell them no. If I ever see another Everlight Solar rep on my property again, it is trespassing and I will call the police. I hope you are reading this, Everlight.

Been using everlight solar for almost 2 years now. I've had no issues with the product and from meeting Aaron when he spec'd the project through installation was a breeze! Very professional. After 2 years i had a minor issue with the app and reached out to Aaron and within 30 minutes customer service was on the phone troubleshooting the problem. What more can I ask for from a company. Wish more places provided that much service. Most send you through phone purgatory! Thank you Aaron and everlight!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Everlight Solar. Our sales executive, Aaron*******************, was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Having been in sales, and sales leadership positions most of my professional career, I can confidently state that ***** is the real deal. Additionally, the ENTIRE Everbright Team should be commended for their exceptional customer service. For example, just yesterday I needed assistance with documentation for my tax credit. I received a response within minutes! This is the rule, not the exception for their Team. Every time Ive had a question I get almost immediate attention. I would be remiss in not calling out the installation Team. They were very respectful of my property, were professional, and informed me of what they were doing every step of the way.

Maybe if enough of us leave 1 star they will stop sending these rude door to door solicitors to our neighborhoods

This company and their minions are relentless. High pressure sales and ignorant door reps who ignore no soliciting signs. Terrible business tactics.

Man was pushy. Ignored no soliciting sign. Ignored directive to leave and "we are not interested". Lied about what he was out to do. Poor business practice.
