    On November 1st I went to KB Motors to get a dependable vehicle so I would be able to get to appointment's and be able to travel to a friend's place in *********** in the Spring/Summer. I found a 2014 ****** Pathfinder, We noticed that there was a clunking noise coming from the front so we told ********* about it so he had the mechanic look at it who is the owner. They said it was all normal everything was good. Before we took the vehicle they had it on the car hoist said they changed the transmission fluid filter and oil, filter, spark plugs,fuel pump. We got the vehicle and left on the way home the check engine light came on. I called ********* he said to bring it back in so I did he said it was due to the new Cadillac converter wasn't putting out the right combustion so it was tripping the engine light to come on. After he reset it I returned home, the next day my husband took it to Hillsboro and barely made it up the hills due to it cutting in and out and idling high. I called ********* again he had us bring it back in. Said they needed to change the throttle body and a sensor. So they had the vehicle for about a week. Upon picking it up ********* told my husband that they had to change the transmission fluid because it was black, my husband asked why that would be when they supposedly already changed it when we first got it. ********* tried saying they didn't change it. Again my husband asked about the clunking noise they continued to say it was normal. On the way home the same thing happened engine light on, idling high and cutting in and out kinda like it was in limp mode the vehicle wouldn't barely go. This time we took it back told them we didn't want it back till it was completely fixed,we've already had the vehicle to them several times every time it was worse than before. We have been unable to go anywhere due to no vehicle. I didn't go into debt for a vehicle that doesn't run right. They have been caught in lies and said they get parts from a junkyard.

    Horrible. They sold me a car that was supposed to be inspected and have the issues fixed. After 3 days of having this bmw it started smoking out the hood. Had a horrible anti freeze smell. The heat didn't work. My window didn't work. My sun roof didn't work. My trunk didn't open. There was an oil leak of some kind and they had 4 different sized tires on it which messed up the differential. When I took the car there they told me they had other ppl and couldn't get me in. Ok I make appt with them. I bring car back it sits for 3 hours they tell me come get it bc they don't have time. Again new appt. Being my car. They tell me they have me confused w someone else. Finally get to next appt it takes them an hour to supposedly fix everything they were supposed to fix when I bought it. There's still an oil leak. My trunk is just permanently latched. It still smokes out the hood. The alternator had to be replaced by me bc they wouldn't fix anything. And because they didn't fix anything the first several times we had agreed fir it to be fixed they did nothing and told me oh well your problem now. How is this a good business? When they're selling cars that they claim has been inspected but they don't. My friend bought a car from them after me and 2 days later it **** **!

Given that it is an older, luxury vehicle with higher miles, we disclosed all known issues at the time of purchase, which were documented on the Wisconsin Buyers Guide that was signed at the time of sale. We also agreed on a set of repairs to be completed, which were carried out after the sale when the vehicle was dropped off. Before the vehicle was picked up after the post-sale repairs were made, it was test-driven by one of our technicians, who confirmed that the heat and trunk were working, there were no oil or fluid leaks, no smoke, and everything worked as it should, except for the sunroof, which was disclosed as non-functional at the time of sale.However, it is important to note that the vehicle was sold as-is, with an optional *************** Contract to cover issues that *** occur down the road. While we strive to ensure every vehicle is in the best condition possible, we cannot predict future issues that *** arise with used vehicles.We genuinely want to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.
