Seems like Ive had the same problem as many others. Broken promises and broken lights upon return. Pay top dollar for fast turnarounds and top quality. You get to fight to get your parts back and when you do they have broken tabs and connectors. Not to mention they wont work properly and they inform you the problem is always an excuse and refuse to correct it. I mean why would they. They already have your money. Zero stars would be my choice if I could. Horrible company that doesnt even do average work. Honestly hope they go out of business so other people wont get ripped off also.

1) Overpriced for average-to-poor quality work. Headlights were returned to me with pet hair inside, broken tabs, and excess adhesive dried over the mating surfaces, even after asking specifically to check before shipping them back to me. 2) Flaky communication including completely ignoring a customer to avoid correcting a problem all while blaming it on having adult responsibilities (go figure!). 3) You will be overcharged for a quick turnaround service and he will take as long as he wants, prioritizing other projects ahead of yours even if you were told otherwise, and then rush through your project leading to poor results as described above. 4) What trumps all is that Preston (owner) will steal from his customers, for example, by not returning a set of projector shrouds that belonged to me, and ignoring all attempts at communication. Thankfully a quick dispute call with method of payment leveled the situation. My mentioning the shrouds incident is not really about the money (those things are cheap), it’s about the principle and doing right by the customer. Who knows how many people he does this to. I find it interesting that there aren’t many options to leave a review for Evolution Autowerks; I wonder what people would say if they had the chance to share their experiences. My advice? Stay away!
