had automotive repair from Apar automotive on 9/7/2022 Tried calling the business but did not receive a call back. On 1/29/23 the nut and bolt of the front struts was replaced but was not tighten to factory specifications and as a result, vibrated off resulting in the front right wheel collapsing in and rubbing the front springs. My car was not drivable as a result and required a tow truck to a different repair location for corrective repairs. I am requesting complete refund of the services on 9/7/22 plus my additional cost as a result of their negligence.Customer response

Hello,
Per the attached receipts I had my struts replaced by Apar on 9/7/2022 As a result of their workmanship, the nut connecting the strut vibrated off over the months and on 1/29/2023 I was stranded in a parking lot unable to drive the car because the wheel that connected to the struct collapsed inward toward the front spring. On 1/29/23 I was forced to hire a tow company to take it to Tires plus. As a result of their inspection and also on the previous attached receipt, they had to replace the strut.
Work done by Apar was not performed to the cars manufactured specifications and in no reason why the nut on the strut should have come off. Circumstances could have been much worse if I was on the freeway.

i originally heard about this problem from the state. after hearing of this complaint I called the customer several times and left messages. i received no response from the customer. i sent ************* a check for his out of pocket expenses to correct our mistake. i still have not received any communication from the customer.
