This Coach USA / Wisconsin Coachline service cancels bus routes to the airport without announcing it!!! This puts travelers at peril!! I was traveling for an international flight when my bus was cancelled. As there was a bus scheduled one hour later, I thought I could make that work. Then a bus driver coming from the opposite direction told us that that bus was cancelled too. This company has been running buses with broken air conditioning in the hot summer heat filled with passengers at dangerous temperatures. I called and told them this is dangerous not just for passengers but employees. I told the customer service person Rainelle on June ******* bus number *****, about the situation. Our route Milwaukee to ***** the temperatures were so high (90 im the bus) the driver had to pull over and open the over head emergency door. He told passengers he knew the **** was broken. My mother became so over heated on this bus. **************** said they were made aware of the issue and would fix it. I told her that prior to starting the route the driver would have known about the inoperative air conditioning system yet still continued to do the route, this is poor business practices. I informed her I am a Flight Attendant and often use the service and know they have been knowingly using inoperative buses with broken units weeks prior. I asked her if the same bus will be used to make the return trip from ******* she said yes. I said that is dangerous and the company is risking lives for profit and passengers get no compensation for traveling in such poor conditions. This company needs investigating.
