To date, BBB Serving Wisconsin has received numerous complaints against Keto BHB Real from complainants across the country alleging they responded to an advertisement on Facebook or other social media for weight loss supplement pills ranging in price from about $29-39.95 per bottle, with some consumers reporting they answered a "free trial" or "buy one, get one free" offer.
Complainants report they were billed roughly $300 and unable to reach the company. In addition, many complainants say that the company advertised a "Guaranteed 60 day refund if not satisfied" and claimed a connection to celebrities.
As of June 26, 2020 mail sent to the address the company claims as its address, 1530 Oakridge Farm Lane, Waukesha WI was returned by the Post Office marked, "No such street. No Such Number. Return to Sender."
BBB notes that in searches, 1530 Oakridge Farm Lane, Waukesha, WI cannot be verified, and therefore we cannot confirm this address exists.
Calling the phone number of 855-693-3256 initially had us reach a recording stating the company (which is not identified) "is not taking any calls due to social distancing" and asks consumers to email [email protected]. While it promises a rapid response and assistance, as of at least June 5, 2020, that email address is not active.
As of at least September 2, 2020, this phone number is no longer a working number.
In addition, the website ketobhbreal.com was originally created created on 12/16/19 but is not active as of at least 7/15/20.
Therefore, complaints against Keto BHB Real are not pursuable.
