              On 5/10/24, I took 10 items to Martinizing for cleaning. Nine were clothing items and 1 rug. The white dress shirt was separated for laundering. They told me the rug would be ready in 2-3 weeks. When I picked up the clothes on 5/14/24, and paid $the laundered shirt was not among the cleaned items. When I inquired about it, the manager, **** claimed they couldn't find it and she would check on it. A few phone calls later, she asked for a description and make, which I provided. A few days later, she said they still couldn't find it. I picked up the rug three weeks later, it still had stains on it. (that's another story). My last called to Martinizing was on 6/24/24. I asked **** where do we go from here. She said to contact corporate. I emailed corporate, informing them of this situation and have not heard anything since. I want the a full refund for the laundering of shirt that was lost. I can't say it was stolen because I can't prove it.
