My daughter signed up for the **************, ********* urban air adventures March 2022 and it requires a 12 month membership. Over that 12 months she only went to two times and we want to cancel and have tried to cancel this membership for months now, but are unable to. You are unable to cancel in person you are unable to cancel anyway and I am still getting charged $22 a month. In fact I just got charged again today another $22 however we want to cancel. The urban air adventure site does not let you Cancel online as it states it will allow you to and there are no buttons that allow cancellation. They will not let you cancel over the phone. In fact, they dont even answer their phone and this just seems like a big terrible scam. I know many people who are upset with this inability to cancel and they continue to charge you $22 a month. I absolutely want to cancel this membership it has been over 12 months which is what my daughter agreed to unfortunately and we want to stop membership. Please help us or guide us any help would be appreciated and I hope to prevent others from getting scammed as we have by this terrible business.Business response

In response to the question for claim ******** if i am on the paperwork, no, my daughter, ******************* is on the paperwork and we have a joint credit card and my credit card keeps getting charged for this expense and there is NO WAY to cancel the Urban Air Adventure membership. My daughter called and tried to cancel it while we were together and couldnt reach anyone so she asked me to help because this is a terrible scam situation where they hijack your credit card and charge you and there is no way out or to stop the membership no matter what you do. Nobody answers the phone, in person they tel you you cant cancel at the business and have to call so it is a neverending cycle. They make you stay for at least a year and after a year they say you are allowed out of the contract /membership and yet there is NO WAY to cancel and we keep getting charged. My daughter asked me to intervene and it is my credit card that has been getting billed.Business response

I booked a party for my son 3/18/2023 we arrived to the park at 5;15-5:20. Im sure if its cameras you can retrieve the data. I need to my the party reservation bc some people had an emergency and couldnt make it. I advised the host that I never received a call prior to the event to consult regarding it. So we made it into the party room early party didnt start until 6pm i indicated I need to remove some guest. I was told bc the bill was finalized that I couldnt. However I can talk to a manger and he can remove somethings off. Only 3 child came and two adults who did not participate. So when I went to pay I talk to a manager. Basically he took ample off and I was still stuck paying hundreds of dollars for nothing. I address the issues prior and honestly I was better off canceling and paying for 3 kids. To pay over ****** was I acceptable. Pizza went to waste and much more I mentioned I didnt need. I will pay for the kids that were at the attraction. I want a refund bc I was mislead, no one call to confirm details prior and what u spent was not worth it
