              Had the roof replace on ******************************************************************** the attic, mold issues, underlayment warping, loose and flapping around ridge vent, cupping shingles, nails exposed, etc. All of this will lead to water leaking so it has to be taken care of as soon as possible. We have had roofing companies come and confirm these issues are due to poor installation and use of wrong materials like the wrong size nails and the wrong ventilation system, etc. On the contract there is a 2 year warranty for poor workmanship but after 4 years of the work being done we feel that the company should still stand behind their work and still be held accountable since this work is supposed to last at least 20 years or more. We did contact them and they refused to at at least come and take a look at the damages.

              They hire poor quality subcontractors, when they damage your property, it is denied. They have cost me significant damages and I have an unusable home which I cannot even sell. If you hire representation such as an attorney to try and work things out, they inflict more harm on you. The best way to describe the situation is that the customer is always wrong. I would beware and not recommend them. Asking for names on this form will only call for more retribution. BEWARE. They act like bullies.
