january or february 2020 bought a 2020 ****** highlander SUV at wilde ****** with the extended warranty. now that dealership is sold i was told i had to call corporate office at ************. no one there will call me back regarding the extended warranty. transfered to two different people and get a voice mail.i want a complete copy of warranty or my money back.Customer response

I have received a phone call today 12/6/2022 from Wilde Automotive Group with an email address for a contact with the information I am looking for. My complaint asked for contact from business so I am not sure if you should close it or not.

On Wednesday October 20th I inquired about a vehicle that Wilde had on their lot. I realized that nobody was there anymore for the night so didn't expect a response. The next morning I received an email from a representative that gave me a price for the vehicle. In the email it was stated that the price was good for 24 hours and did not include any dealer add-ons.I called that same day and asked what I needed to hold the vehicle. I was informed that it could not be held and that I had to be at the store to purchase. I told them that I was on my way from Green *** and would be there in about 2 1/2 hours. When I arrived they had the vehicle waiting for me and everyone was great. However it was at this point that I was told the price that I received was no longer valid. I was given an excuse that it was an arithmetic error. I can' t for the life of me figure out how their math was wrong but that is what I was told. At that point I tried to back out of the dealer options and was also told that they could not be taken off either. I feel that they knew they had me stuck because I was from out of town and needed a vehicle. It is my opinion that this is a classic bait and switch. They gave me a price and then backed out. I still have the email with the price and made the purchase within the ********************************************************************************************************************************************** an accident and we were without a car. *********************************I thought that *** was great to me. If I could have just had a conversation with him on one of the many occurrences that I called there it could have been resolved without getting the BBB Involved.
