    I paid for moving services to move from my house to an apartment. I was told I would have a 3 person crew and get a discount for being a repeat customer. Only 2 people showed up. I wanted to have some of my items in the apartment and some put in a storage unit. I had all my items separated and explained to he workers which destination to put my items. When I went to unpack, a bunch of items were in the storage unit and NOT at the apartment like I asked. I needed to get a truck and dig through my storage unit the find the items. I called multiple times to get a resolution or compensation from the manager and they kept saying they would call me back and they never do. The manager told me I didn't get the proper discount for the 2 man crew and they never fixed it. This was a very poor and expensive experience. I want compensation for having to take the whole next morning, get a truck, and manually move my stuff back to the right location. I want credit for the rate being wrong.

    We were referred to Bluemound Express by a family member who does business with them, so we decided not to get any other quotes. This was a big mistake. They came over to the house to look over our belongings and quote us for a full pack and move of a 3-bedroom house. The estimate came to approximately $5k. After they completed the move, they gave us the final bill, which was over $7k. How is it possible to be that far off with an estimate when they came into my home to look at my things? I understand there is a margin of error in estimating, but 40% more seems extreme to me. They also told us all of the furniture would be wrapped so it would be protected while in storage for 5 weeks before we could move into our new apartment. Most of the furniture was wrapped, but they didn't put my mattresses in mattress bags until I questioned them about it at the storage facility. Unfortunately, my storage facility was too small to hold everything so they had to store some of my things in their warehouse, including 4 TVs. When we asked them how much it would cost to have our belongings delivered from the warehouse to the new house, they quoted us $800 dollars. Since they had already exceeded the first quote we didn't trust the second quote and decided to pick up our belongings. When we arrived, we noticed 3 of the 4 TVs were not wrapped or protected, but one TV had cardboard wrapped around it. We were very careful packing and moving our things to the new apartment. When we unpacked and plugged in the TVs, 3 out of 4 of them had cracks and pressure spots that were only visible when powered on. When we called to ask about the broken TVs we were told it must have happened when we moved them. They were very unprofessional on the phone and yelled, telling me not to talk over them. They tried to cover their own mistakes by lying about how the TVs were packed. Needless to say, they didn't offer any concession of any kind. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
