On May 27, 2022 we had 18 yards of mulch delivered by the mulch man and the driver rode over our ************* and into a decorative tree and snapped off a 4 foot branch. We contacted the company that date to file a complaint and forwarded photos. They acknowledge their employee was the one who broke our welcome sign and damaged the tree and asked what we wanted for compensation and we stated $300. They refused and offered $100, this was in early June. After receiving nothing for ********************************* July and asked where the hundred dollar check was and they indicated they needed our credit card. I stated since we paid with a check we would like a check back as I wasnt comfortable giving them my credit card when I have a complaint so they promised to send out the check, Not $100 credit towards my next order. To date no such check was receivedCustomer response

thank you for the update. Unfortunately i have once again heard nothing from the business nor received the $100 check as promised as reimbursement for the damaged tree limbs and *************.Business response
