I purchased a Porsche on February 8th, 2023. Within 6 months and less than 2K miles a "Check Engine" light appeared. After getting the vehicle diagnosed, I am told that the repair would be $19,000. It is absolutely ridiculous to purchase a high end vehicle at a high end dealership, only to have the car make it less than 2K miles down the road. The car is unable to pass emissions testing due to this defect. I find this to be a terrible business practice of selling high end defective cars.

Customer bought a pre owned Panamera Hybrid with *******  from us 8 months and **** miles ago. The car was in great shape and there was no way for anybody to know the hybrid battery would go bad 8 months later. The car was not defective 8 months ago. Customer was quoted $19,000 to fix the car by a different shop. We offered to repair for 20% less.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[That information completely false I purchased the vehicle at ******* miles and current mileage is ******* When the "Check Engine" light went off I tried to make an appointment and the service department was 3 weeks out. This is not something that just blows like a head gasket, this battery was failing when I bought the vehicle. It wasnt to the point of throwing a Check Engine light but the technicians that looked at it said they could see it was not holding a charge properly. That does not happen overnight, and I am sure it was discovered by the technicians but was Never disclosed to me. When I bought the vehicle I had to Trust your technicians when they told me the inspection was done and everything was good with the vehicle (not just legally, but morally). What else do I have to go on other than their word? I understand I bought a used car, but I didnt buy it from a corner car dealer, I bought in from Porsche, and thats why I Trustedin what they were telling me. .]

      Regards,

I turned in a leased Infiniti to ****** Infiniti and ***** in November 2021. Infiniti rejected the payment from the dealership stating that I need to return the car to an Infiniti dealer which Ive done. Also Ive never signed anything stating that the car would only be returned to Infiniti although it was returned to ****** Infiniti and *****. Infiniti has been calling me since November with collection calls and have reported late payments on my credit. Im also pretty sure someone else owns the vehicle and its being financed through Infiniti. I would like this removed from my credit and for their practices to be investigated. It seems as though they are causing customers unnecessary problems based on practices that are not disclosed at the time of signing.

Customer needs to file complaint with correct Infiniti dealership.  We previously owned two Infiniti stores in Milwaukee, WI.  Those stores were sold in 2017.
