              I never write bad reviews anywhere as I’d rather work things out directly with the service provider. Unfortunately I’ve run into Culligan of West Bend who lacks rental product service, servicing knowledge, well as basic customer service. We have been renting from Culligan for years, with a few minor problems, sometimes resolved, other times not to our satisfaction. Last fall we decided to have them deliver the salt, hoping that improve softener performance. For 7 months, since they delivered the first bags of salt, we have been dealing with terrible water due to non-performance of the water softner. They recommended we add an iron filter, which we did…more $$$ of course, still a non-performing water softener. Trying to get a resolution is responded by indifference, no response and too bad we are too busy to get it working before next available in 2 1/2 weeks, that’s the best we can do. Yet we continue to pay monthly rental for the softener, iron filter and this no service.
