On the following dates I bought the vape in question. 11-29-21, 12-5-21, 12-7-21, 12-9-21, 12-10-21 ,12-15-21. Each time I took the vape back. Either because the vape failed to charge or the *** had leaked out. Each time the store personal stated that the vape has failed many times to other customers. A few times did the clerk give me another vape for the replacement of the defection vape. I contacted the email posted at ********************* The dates were 12-13-21, 12-14-21, 12-15-21. To date the emails have gone unanswered. On there website is a phone number listed at ************. On the following dates I called the number 12-13-21. 12-14-21, 12-15-21. Everytime I called there is no answer. I do have receipts only for the dates of 11-29-21 and 12-5-21. I used a credit card as to why I have those receipts. No receipts were given on the other (4) dates.
