            The company claims to come from a line of concrete workers. They also claim that their concrete crack filling is finished to match the original concrete placement finish when new. This is false, they have dodged my calls and emails. All of the cracks filled have been left unlevel on both sides some places even 2-3 inches. Very poor workmanship and even poorer business model.

            Difficult to communicate with. Scheduling was challenging then all the sudden an email about coming out sometime in the week. Due to not knowing when the work would be done we had to move a lot of items off the patio's for days. Saw that the young man who did the work missed at least one spot and the application took him about 10 minutes. Once done, he did not seem to even have a piece of wood to place at the end of the driveway. It rained a little hours after the application. It would have been nice if the owner/manager was a better communicator. We will not recommend them to our neighbors now, and will not be using them in the future either.

            We appreciate your feedback and will work to improve on those comments. The customer was aware the work was going to occur the week it occurred, and started the day we said it would start. Giving every customer days notice and then showing up at that time is not only unrealistic but impossible. If you were unhappy with the job, you should have addressed it with myself the owner, or one of my employees and they would have been happy to address it immediately, rather then wait until after the fact, then complain about it on the internet. Now, I am left with a less then perfect review, and you are left with unaddressed concerns.
