I had my sons 3rd birthday party 1 week back at Pump it up ************ and had a very bad experience with the party. At the time of booking, I was promised a waiving fee of $150 for outside food for which I got the email confirmation as well but 4 days before the party, i got the call that waiving fee has been changed to $250 and they will not honor the original committed price. Interestingly; I was given an option to cancel the event. Do you expect me to cancel the event when I have done all the food and decoration arrangements? This is seriously not expected from a reputed company where you commit one price and then dont honor it even when we have emails stating that. Highly dissapointed! I would not prefer to do any parties here at all. You lost a customer.Initial Complaint

Prior to the CoVID-19 pandemic we placed a $250 deposit with Pump It Ups ******** ** location. The money was to reserve our daughters birthday party there. However now the company is apparently closed permanently and has never attempted to return our deposit or reply to our inquiries. This seems to me outright theft.Initial Complaint

We placed a deposit for a birthday party January 2020 for a June 2020 Birthday. I’ve attempted to reach this business by phone and by email regarding rescheduling or refunding my deposit seeing as the party didn’t happen. I was not offered or contacted back by ANYONE. I understand hardship. But you can’t just NOT give money back when it wasn’t the customers fault. Hardship or not EVERYONE Suffered during this pandemic.
