    I reserved a hotel room from the Ramada in Waupaca for the night of September 22, 2022 and stayed there that evening. I left the next morning and drove to ******** and then home to central *******. I didn't realize that I had left some clothes in my room that morning until I was almost home. I called customer service for ********************** and they told me that I needed to call the hotel manager directly and have arrangements made for my clothes to be sent to **** called the hotel more than a half-dozen times to speak to the manager and I left voicemails and messages for her(******) to call me back so shipping arrangements could be made. Front desk personnel(****** and *****) confirmed that my clothes were found in room 210 and were in storage. ***** requested that I send him a shipping box and he would personally see that my clothes get sent to me. I sent them a new cardboard shipping box and still have not received my clothes. They are new, expensive items with a value totaling more than $220.00.The hotel manager does not take or return my phone calls or the front desk people are covering for her when they ask to take a message because "she is busy" doing something else. This has gone on for months now. They have my clothes but wont send them in the box that I shipped to them. I offered to pay them for the service. I am not asking them to pay for my forgetfulness. My career has been in sales and I've traveled many miles and stayed in many hotels the past forty years. Returning recovered clothing or other items from hotels has never been a problem until now.
