These people who run these awful campuses are criminals. They refused to provide me with reasonable accommodations for ********* with disabilities as required by federal law which is why I dropped out for the summer and will drop out for the fall. But now they demanding me money for the classes they refused to give me reasonable accommodations and it looks like my account is going to be in collections. What a pathetic organization. They lost my business for good.Business response

Northcentral Technical College response to ID ********, submitted to Better Business Bureau on 7/20/22 is as follows:
Northcentral Technical College (NTC) denies the students complaint related to refusal to provide reasonable disability accommodations. NTC works closely with students to provide reasonable and appropriate accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Students must follow an established process to request and activate these accommodations for each course, giving students the opportunity to determine when and which classes require these accommodations to benefit their success.
The student in question enrolled for summer courses starting on June 1, 2022 and did not make any requests for disability accommodations for the summer term, nor had he contacted the NTC ************************** for assistance during his summer enrollment. The student was a continuing student for summer 2022, and was familiar with the standard NTC disability accommodation request process from a previous semester. The student had successfully followed the process in a previous semester and had been informed of the Colleges published course drop policy and summer withdrawal dates.
After the student contacted NTC on July 20, 2022 to express concerns about his disability accommodations and request a refund of his tuition, NTC staff in ********** Services, Finance, and the ***************** contacted him on the same day to begin discussing options to resolve his complaint. In the future, we encourage the student to first reach out to NTC staff to directly resolve concerns.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[NTC purposely denies this because they are frauds and don't want to get into trouble. They demand money before the class starts and they still owe me over $500 in refunds just for the summer course. They cut my refund short. NTC screws college students. Its been a nightmare with them. Very unprofessional people at this place. ]

Tuition due dates are published on the NTC website at https://www.ntc.edu/students/
payment-information . NTC follows ********* Technical College System policy when refunding tuition based on course drop dates. NTC's published policy on course payments is https://www.ntc.edu/policies/refunds . As of the date of this response, a partial refund has been processed for the student in question.
