Radiology Associates of Wausau has been balance billing me for dates of service 5-8-23 and 5-31-23. I have emailed them the ***s on 1-18-24 that clearly state "Member has met their out of pocket maximum" The *** also states "Procedure code is disallowed since the total procedure code billed on the same claim". I have also called them several times regarding this date of service and other dates of service. I do not owe this money, yet they have turned me over to collection. I seriously question their billing practices. I will be calling the collection agency and Radiology Assoc on Monday.Initial Complaint

I have been consistently paying my bill online right up until February of 2024 when I no longer could not access the online payment site (********************************************************). I also call ********** and try to pay my bill however the call goes straight into a answering machine containing a generic message stating that they are closed due to an outage and to call again next week. Both phone number and online payment link are found on their website at ***********************************************************************************************. It is now middle of April of 2024 and I still could not access the online payment portal. The number, ********** still contains the same generic message. What's even more frustrating is that I sought medical treatment from Aspirus Wausau Hospital and the last thing I expect is a nightmare billing mess with Radiology Associates of Wausau. Since I sought medical attention from Aspirus Wausau Hospital, I contacted their *************************** on 4/10/2024 and voice my frustrations with not receiving a billing statement in the past 5 months as well as not being able to pay my bill and that my bill has been sent to collection. Aspirus Wausau Hospital must be in bed with Radiology Associates of Wausau as both parties provided the same reasons that Radiology Associates of Wausau suffered a cyber attack and that they can not access any of their patient records and they assure me that nothing would happen to my billing account.Aspirus ********************** Hospital must seize all services it contracts with Radiology Associates of Wausau as they have absolutely no competent nor care in servicing anyone. Tri-******************* *** out of *********, WI should not be Radiology Associates billing department.Please avoid seeking any medical attention with Radiology Associates of Wausau as well as with Aspirus Wausau Hospital's imaging needs.Initial Complaint

I had two MRI's on different days Through this group@ Open MRI. I requested to make monthly payments of$10.00 till each paid. I was granted this by the contact person. I received statements and paid $10.00 via money order each month. I called because one time the statements stopped. I called right away. to see if there was a problem. I reached them in person only twice on Aug 26 and Oct 20th 2022, both calls lasted approx. 10 minutes. I again was told no problem and I would cont. with $10.00 month payment. No answer as to what was going on with statements. Note several months passed and again I did not receive a statement. This was for March 2023. I called Radiology Assoc billing number 5 times as I wanted to see what my balance was if any and ask about statement. The 1:28 pm call I asked what was going on I was told my bill was sent to collections I stated that can't be right I have been paying per agreement my monthly amount and someone there has been cashing my money orders. I requested to speak to a supervisor they refused. The man then said someone would call me - I asked when. I couldn't get a time I was told to keep my line open. I said I will file a complaint if no return call. No call from a supervisor. My recall I was hung up on. No call from Supervisor. I recalled at 3:05. I talked to? **** for 13 minutes I went over all of the above. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. She kept putting me on hold. I told her that I've been making my payments and someone has been cashing my money orders and there was no reason to put to collection. No explanation as to why placed with collections I again was put on hold then hung up on. I recalled at 3:16 pm and 5:10 pm no answer. I never received a phone call from a supervisor and all my money orders (which I have the numbers for) have been cashed.
