1 year and 7 months after a November 2022 hospitalization they turn over to collection a bill for $90. Our out of pocket was satisfied. Everything for this event was 100% paid. There were 7 claims for the same day. I was told by the TriCity collections their offices have been closed since 1-01-2024 and are hoping to open in July 2024. I called the open office for current business in Wausau they cannot talk to me. I am on vacation you dont even have a staff to speak to but you turn this over to collections. This seems to be a monopoly in the area no one reads X-rays but them. But everyone deals with this ridiculous billing systems from them every time.Review from Lora L

I have to call on every bill I receive from them. My insurance company has put a hold on their account because they have agreed to a PPO discount and then they charge me the full amount. When I call nothing gets resolved until I have my insurance company call. It takes months to get anything resolved and I have no trust that they will not continue this awful billing process. I will not be having any imaging service done where radiology associates of Wausau will be reading because of their dishonest billing practices and their horrible customer service.
