      I bought a certified used vehicle on August 15th 2023 and now am experiencing transmissions issues making the vehicle unable to drive

      ****** purchased an as-is 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with ******* miles on 8/11/2023.  On September 5th ****** called and complained of hesitation and the vehicle stalling.  She was first directed to a service advisor that suggested she have it looked at by our Jeep store that has Jeep *************** technicians.  ****** was not satisfied with this and then reached out to myself.  I then instructed her to bring it in to be inspected at no cost. The vehicle was repaired at no cost to ****** on September 5th.

      Purchased 3 vehicles on April 28 2022. 2 new and one used. The used one has had a host of issues and has been in for repairs 3 times and has not been repaired yet. We were told things were missed on the "safety inspection". Last appointment was Friday July 29th and we were told it was not fixed at the time. We were told to take it home and not drive it, it is unsafe, somebody would get back to us at the end of the day to let us know what is going to happen. We never heard back. I called and spoke to *** on Monday and was told he would figure it out and let me know at the end of the day. It is now Wednesday August 3rd and still have not heard anything about getting it repaired. We have put on around **** miles on it only and most of them are taking it 80 miles to the dealership round trip on 3 occasions.

      In regards to the BBB complaint I have been in contact with ****************** over the past couple of weeks and have addressed the concerns with his vehicle.  Some of the issues unfortunately were due to a communication break-down with a sales consultant and their manager in what needed to be completed on his vehicle.  Again we did get his truck back into the dealership and repaired the issue at hand as well as replaced the windshield and completed cleaning of the vehicle.  We did pick up and deliver the vehicle for **************** as well.
