Date of transaction 3/27/2023 Extended warranty for a new vehicle 2023 Hyuandi ************** $3364.00 Canceled with the dealer in person on 4/7/2023 Contract/Waver #LW2-37428067 Dealer code: ***** I have spoke with ************ and they canceled the extended warranty on 4/27/2023 and said the dealer has 30 days to credit my lien. As of yet they have not. I have tried calling them, emailing and sending text messages and get NO reply. I have even reached out to *********** (*****************), the fianc guy (*****************) and their manager (***************). No one responds Can you please help me get resolution Thank you in advance for your time *****************************Business response

Attached is a copy of the check that was issued to ************************************************ lien holding bank on 5/17 as well as a copy of the screen showing the check cleared our bank on 06/09/2023. ******* will need to contact ************* Finance to verify the amount was applied to her loan as directed on the check sent to them.

Hello,I am filing a complaint due to the business not responding to me in issuing my gap coverage refund. To be honest I contacted the company last February. I went there for an oil change, asked the gentleman who was helping me if he could help me get my gap coverage off my vehicle. He was unsure how to go about this, ask one of his fellow co workers to help me, the guy approached me, very rude, said the finance guy was on vacation and they typically dont do refunds like that (hence why I am having such issues). I said okay, well when will the finance guy (****) be back in. They really didnt say, sent me home with a business card. Months down the road I finally email ****, simply asking if he can help me get this process going. No response. Later that day I called Wausau imports. Told the receptionist I have been trying to get in touch with someone in regards to getting a refund for my gap coverage and have not heard back from anyone. She transferred me directly to ****, left a voicemail on his answering machine. NEVER heard back. Two days later I called again, said the same thing, they transferred me to ****, he proceeded to tell me I needed an odometer statement and it takes up to 6 weeks to get this filed. I said okay, went to a local dealer ship, because you know back in February when I drove all the way from ***** to Wausau and they had my car to do an oil change they were not willing to do an odometer statement then. Got the odometer statement done by a local dealership. Called **** the finance guy again to ask why i need this when looking at my contract it says nothing about needing an odometer statement. He couldnt give me a straight answer, we went back and forth and the phone call was done. I sent him an email with the statement done, asking him to respond and let me know he got this processed. Never heard back. Stopped there in person to speak with him, making sure it was done, he would not speak to me. Sent another email to follow up no answer.Business response

Here is an up on the above referenced case. We have contacted ************************* and were awaiting for the required signed cancellation form before we could proceed with the cancellation. We have received the paperwork back now and will be processing the cancellation today. Our office assistant, *************************************, has been in contact directly with ****** and will inform her when the check is mailed to her finance company.
