  My school recently informed me that my tuition was fully paid and that I could request the return of the remaining financial aid funds. However, I am now faced with a significant problem as my balance has unexpectedly shifted from 0.00 to over ****** in out-of-pocket fees. Surprisingly, I have been charged for textbooks I have yet to use. I am genuinely trying to understand what has transpired with my aid, which the school controlled, as I have not received any distribution. I am more than willing to cooperate and resolve this issue. The sudden loss of my scholarship, conveniently taken away once I received the Pell ****** has had a significant impact on my financial situation. This course is not a degree; it is for a diploma or certification. It is costing close to $30,000.

  The College of Nursing is unwilling to work out alternative clinical placement sites so I can complete my BSN at the school. They have two placement sites and neither site would except exemptions from the experimental COVID vaccine. I do understand they have no control over which facilities except exemptions but there are numerous sites in the area that are free of charge to the school and do offer exemptions. The school of nursing is unwilling to entertain alternative sites that would satisfy the requirements of the clinical. Credits from this school to not transfer well. This needs to be resolved or I will need to start over after spending three years and tens of thousands of dollars at the school. This may indeed at some point involve a medical/religious discrimination case but at this time I would like to resolve with the school so I do not have to start a new nursing program.

The Mission of Bryant & Stratton College is to offer a personalized career education and experience leading to high demand professions, so graduates are prepared for their career and life pursuits.  As part of our nursing curriculum, students at Bryant &Stratton College are placed in clinical sites in the region to gain real-world nursing experience. Fostering partnerships with area employers is a valuable aspect of our nursing program and we are proud of the relationships weve built with them. Thanks to these partnerships the College will have 31 clinical groups around ********* for ADN and BSN programs in the Fall 2022 semester.
  
  Bryant & Stratton College has taken steps to ensure all nursing students being placed at clinical sites meet all requirements set forth by those organizations. That includes COVID vaccination requirements that each organization has put in place over the last two-plus years. All nursing students must sign a waiver for clinical site placement in which they acknowledge the potential risks of COVID-19 in addition to agreeing to follow the vaccination requirements set by clinical sites. The waiver notes that failure to adhere to any and all guidelines set forth by a clinical site could prevent a student from clinical participation. You signed this waiver on September 16,2021 and a copy of the signed waiver remains on file with the College.
  
  As referenced, you requested an exemption with your clinical location. The College took steps to assist you in filing the proper paperwork to request the exemption. Unfortunately, the request was denied by the clinical site and the other clinical locations the College partners with do not allow for the exemption that was filed. Seeking alternative sites for you to complete your clinical work at is not an option as a Bryant & Stratton College instructor is assigned to each clinical rotation. Placing a student at a site the College does not have an ongoing relationship with and without an instructor would not uphold the rigorous requirements that our nursing program must maintain.

  I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The ************************* which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.1.
