The gentleman came to my home on November 16, *********************************** internal leak. He didnt even look at the dryer to do a diagnosis. He still wanted to be paid and i paid him $75 with no problem. He told me he would come back after i had some pipes repaired for free all i had to pay for was parts. They were repaired and i called to reschedule. I had an issue with some money being deposited late (a few hours after the appointment) When he called I informed him of this he said he would reschedule and never did. This man took my money and didnt fix anything. I had a major gas leak and WE ENERGIES said with their meter it was an INTERNAL GAS LEAK from the dryer. I want my money back or my dryer fixed.Business response

this issue has been resolved and the units have been repaired since this was submitted to the BBB, service company was not aware of complaint from consumer until 1/27, repair was completed on 1/21
