My wife *************************** had an appointment at Anthony Vince Nail Spa at ***** W Bureigh in *********, ** **** @ 11am on Saturday October, 7th 2023. Upon entering she asked for a gel pedicure and a fill be performed. **** was her technician and cut one of her toenails in half during the service. When ******* complained about what happened he proceeded to get defensive and argue with he about the issue. I was notified via telephone and called in to speak to ******** who was introduced as the manager. I let ******** know how unhappy wife was and that **** would no longer be preferred as the service provider for the remainder of her visit. ******** apologized to me not my wife and said she would remove **** after the pedicure but defended him and said he was a competent nail tech. I thought this was odd. Further I had to call back 2 times before she approached my wife and offered any sort of apology or resolution. We decided to end the visit and told ******** the service was unsatisfactory and I would not be paying for it. ******** became threatening and hostile and still didn't offer any gratuity for what turned into an awful visit. ******** also said the Spa owner is not available and there is ONLY managers. This is unacceptable. I want ********'s boss to know how my wife was handled, how discriminatory her comments were and how unprofessional the staff is at this location. I would also like my money back for a nail appointment that instead of relaxing my wife, drove her to tears.
