Do not order the recipes. They ignored my foods to avoid, they included canned foods in the ingredients, their breakfast item was scrambled eggs with green onion and a few herbs -- really, for 5$, or for another 5$ a recipe for fruit and yogurt with gluten free oats. 1: oats are already gluten free; 2: my data says I don't have to worry about gluten. Additionally, there is not even the general nutrition data that Costco provides. I was interested in the food selection based on my DNA, but having bought their recipes I have very little faith at all in this company and would advise people to avoid them.Review from Diane D.

Terrible customer service .Live chat useless email support useless no way to talk to an actual agent via phone.No quick or easy way to address any issue that may arise.My issue started from the moment I purchased DNA product I was unable to set up account that is necessary for anyone to review their results and answer questions that may assist them with the test results.They keep on sending me the same directions that have not worked but never address the issue..what's the point...No Resolution to what I would believe should be an easy fix It's their site. SO WHO CAN ADDRESS THIS OR TELL ME HIW TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED .

Taking into account the lack of good customer service.The possibility of having to deal with any other issues that *** arise with the product I immediately put in a request to cancel.Later I received a message stating the kit would need to be sent to me and upon returning the kit I would be refunded the amount I payed for the product minus 5$ for the shipping cost(shipping label) A day or two later I received a message saying my kit was shipped today and on its way. In transit as I type .I will return it immediately upon receiving the kit and hopefully will be refunded without further ado ...Review from Ashleigh W

My mom bought this for me to see if I could find out what was going on with the food I eat and my stomach issues. This gave me no answers except generic answers based off averages. What they said is not the experience I have with those type of foods. I also have been waiting for 2 months on my recipes and still nothing. DO NOT waste your money. This too me feels like a fraud as nothing they say is accurate. Again DO NOT waste your time or money with this.GenoPalate, Inc. Response

The Company is a SCAM. You can NEVER talk to a customer service representative. Constantly leaving unanswered messages. Have been waiting for our results for months. After emails, voice messages, still NOTHING! But they constantly are soliciting you to BUY, BUY, BUY products even though you have NOT been given any results. Registered for a GROUP FORUM today to try and give them another chance, Emailed, "chat" line - still no one can help !!!!!!!!!! Had enough ! Asked for a refund every non sense excuses to say they could not. Instead of being concerned about your dissatisfaction, more concerned with lame excuses why they will not refund. DANGER, DANGER,DANGER Beware of the SCAM and false promises and constant sales approach to buy products, even when you haven't even seen the "Lab Test"

The results werent accurate with my experiences with food. Too much information to sort out. I am having amazing results with the DNA analysis and the Vitamin Lab they use to customize the vitamins to me so I am only having to take two capsules a day as opposed to a dozen or more. Docs just keep adding more pills as I get older, and it has been all too much to handle. No one paid me to write this and I am a very skeptical and discerning customer.

Overall very satisfied. My husband and I learned a lot about how our genetics influenced how we feel and how we should be eating to feel great. Have been following my plan and really notice a difference. Very helpful customer service and easy to manage. Clear information and helpful tips to improve your health and fitness.
