I should have read the reviews first as well. i was having some pain in my right foot and was thinking my arch was falling so I went for a consultation. My first clue should have been that i could not find prices for the supports online. I specifically asked if I could return the supports if I was not satisfied and was assured that I could as long as I gave them the opportunity to refit me first. well, i have been refitted and not i am being told that they only refit and don't do refunds. that is what angers me. Don't tell me one thing, get my money and now change the story. I am on my 3rd support, it feels better, but the lie that the supports fit in every type of shoe is a lie. Because now they want me to buy what they describe as sturdier shoes as the first 2 supports would not allow me to walk well. it is funny how they feel fine in the store but not in the real world. Anyway, i am very disappointed and feel like they should honor their word or be honest up front. don't by them unless you are ready to keep them.Review from Pamela S

They didn't help me at all with my back issues. I also spent $3000 with no refunds. From watching the TV commercials I was under the impression that the Good Feet Store orthopedics were going to work for me...sadly they did nothing. I don't like the Brooks sneakers and the orthopedics made my calfs and feet hurt,my feet never hurt. I am now going to a chiropractor and getting relief. It's super disappointing to put your faith(and a lot of money) in the Good Feet Store and not be able to get any reimbursement for a return!

Be very cautious of the Good Feet store and their practices. The product is way overpriced, and contrary to what the Good Feet companies approach is their product is not for everyone. You get the song and dance that the product will cure your problems even if you actually dont have one. Youhear that your foot and spine will be aligned and that is there answer to everything. In the commercials they make it sound like you walk in and are given arch supports and everything automatically improves and you are all smiles. What they dont say is that you are going to be spending several thousands of dollars, and will have to change out 3-4 arch supports everyday for 5 weeks. In my case I informed the sales rep that I had a condition that had me having an orthopedic insert in my shoe. I was assured that wouldnt be an issue, but it is an issue. The response is always come in again for another support and what is always their answer the foot alignment. I admittedly tried the support in my shoe walking maybe 6 feet on a flat surface in the store. Of course with the extravagantly priced supports the extras are included even if you may never use them. Then comes the issue when you go out into the real world. I my case do to a CVA my left ankle wants to roll out while walking on real world surfaces. The quick response is we do not do refunds even if wearing the supports may be a health hazard to you. Remember you leave the store with the product it is yours and they will NOT consider any justification for a return. At one point one rep implied we might be able to work something out because of the possible medical problem the supports could create, but a new rep said no returns and I should go back to the store and the whole Good Feet response to any concern, foot alignment and the rest of the *** My recommendation would be to stay away from the Good Feet store unless you have a medical professional tells you the supports are needed.Review from Sheryl S

I have been wearing the Good Feet arch supports for 8 years now. I had had horrible foot pain for years before that and was afraid that I would have to have surgery. I had tried all kinds of other inserts and nothing worked. Only a day after getting the Good Feet arch supports I had so much relief that I could hardly believe it. I wear them in every pair of shoes, boots, and even flip flops! I had started getting some mild pain in my right foot just recently, so I went back in and was re-fitted. Expensive? Yes they are but they minimized the pain in my leg in days. This is after 5 surgeries for an ankle injury. I go in every 5-6 months and check the sizing. It has changed twice. Im sure this isnt the answer for everyone but I was honestly ready to be done with my lower left leg and amputate if I couldnt find relief. This was one of my fee last ditch efforts and it has improved my life significantly!Review from Sandra T

My regret is not reading reviews before I went to TGFS. I had been at a conference and did a lot of walking between the hotel room and the conference center. My feet were hurting. I had heard about TGFS and thought I would stop by. I was placed in the back of the store, not sure why since there was only one other customer. I had some relief but not total relief. It was not until my credit card had been charge, and I was signing the receipt that I was told, all sells are final. I asked, what if I get home and they do not work? Am I out $3000? No answer. Going to the car should have been my first clue. I almost slipped and fell getting in (my foot came out of my shoe) and then again getting into the house. I didn't sleep that night. I tired the inserts for several days in the house and then almost came out of the sneaker they sold (which I told them I did not like), and was afraid I was going to fall. I went back and was placed near the front of the store this time. The manager did not help, just took my receipt and gave it to a female employee. I told them both I wanted a refund and all they said was they could do an adjustment but nothing else. I left very upset. I would not recommend this store and their program to anyone.Good Feet Store Response

I have posted a complaint and all I am told is it will take time for your feet to adjust. I have almost fallen (walking to the car, walking in my house, and then again walking with the supports) using the supports and when I stopped using them and my feet no longer hurt. I would like a refund. It seems the BBB is useless. It's been three weeks and no resolution to this issue. Yes, I regret spending the money. I went back to the store and the manager just said, yes, I remember you (he did not help me initially) and took my paperwork and waited for the lady who was helping another customer to assist me. He did absolutely nothing, just put the lady on me to help me change my mind. She pointed to the sign and I said I did not see that when I was in here at first. I was not told that all sales are final until my credit card was charged and the gentleman who helped me pulled the paper from under my hands and marked all sales final and said by the way all sales final. My card had been charged and I felt trapped. I asked what if I get home and change my mind and these do not work. Does that mean I am out $3000? No reply. I will not recommend this place of business to anyone. I would leave no stars but I am forced to give them a rating or I cannot leave a comment.Review from Mary H

Well this is my second attempt to get my issue with the good feet store resolved. I have talk to ***** ***** the bank that holds the account for them but not to good feet they call me relentlessly for two months now nothing. They have put a blemish on my credit and I have worked long and hard to fix my credit. How the lady got me approved that amount of credit I don't understand because I live on ssd and that is less than 1200 a month. I guess this company is out to take advantage of the older generation. That seems to be the way of the world more and more everyday. I am just trying to live my life out with no bs. Never in a million years could I do what this company is doing. I have lived most of my life and want to end it with happiness in my heart and food on the table nothing fancy. This company wants to step on people who can not fight against large company's like this. I hope you people can wake up every morning and look in the mirror with a smile on your face as you head off to work to ***** another person. I wore ill fitting shoes on a trip that invoklved a lot of walking on cobblestones and several long hikes. I was limping and had pain from my hip down to my ankle! I was worried that I was going to need a knee or/and hip replacement! I thought I was going to have to order a wheelchair to get to my flights in the airport. I knew I needed better quality walking shoes. So I went to a store that has helped me in the past. At the same time a commercial came on while I was watching **** ******* ******* about Good Feet. I was thrilled to find one in my area. I made an appointment to talk to them. Lisa was my technician in the **** ***** ******* store. She took a lot of time to answer my questions, measure my unusual feet, etc. I was totally against orthotics. (I had purchased some ready made orthotics many years ago (retail off the shelf) and hated them.) Lisa showed me how orthotics made for your feet can make a difference. I have been wearing the system for 3 days now and already notice a large improvement. I am also taller!! Everyone at the store was very nice and patient. Lisa was extremely thorough. I like the fact there is a life time guarantee, and a 30 day check up and that they are available for questions and review at any time for no extra fee. I am extremely happy I made the decision to purchase these orthotics. They cost far less than a hip or knee replacement. & with no down time! I had pain of 8 on a scale of 1-10 with each step on the outer side of my left foot. Yeah, they have a pitch….what sale team doesn’t? Yes they are outrageously expensive. I have tried other product without pain relief. I decided enough was enough. The visit to the store was a good experience. Not rushed..all questions answered. I had pain relief within the first 20 steps around the store. I am in the early stages of therapy. So far so good. One star off for expense.Good Feet Store Response
