On 9/26/21 I went to a fundraiser with my daughters at *********************** for mattresses and pillows. I bought a mattress and pillow. They told my daughters and I that it usually takes about 3-4weeks for delivery. We were then very interested because that is the timeframe that I was moving into my new house and we could just have it delivered there. When I called to inquire about the mattress when 4 weeks came, they said that they never said that and we haven't been at 3-4 weeks for delivery years. I waited for almost 10 weeks for the mattress to be delivered. I understand the supply chain issues, but had we known upfront the timeframe, we would have needed to go another route. They lied about the timeframe that the mattress would be delivered from the beginning. I am currently still waiting on an $80 pillow that I ordered. As of today, 5/25/22 I still do not have it. They offered me an "upgrade" which I did not want as with any mattress or pillow, I like to test before I try and just settling on what they call an "upgrade" was not what I wanted. I am looking for a refund at this time and they have refused to give it to me until today when I called. They told me they would like to part ways with me and give me a partial refund as there is already a donation from this purchase that has gone to the school. I am looking for a full refund at this time as I have not received the promised product that I purchased and signed for. I have waited 8 months and have been patient and would like a refund. The customer service is less than desirable and very defensive.
