I went to Mo's Irish Pub at ****************** on Oct 15, ordered a regularly priced breakfast. At checkout I asked the server to apply the $5 voucher (see available voucher and rewards attachment) but she said there was no such voucher but only free entree reward.I showed her the text message on my phone which showed $5 offer but she insisted there was no such offer in my account.Back home, I checked my account online to make sure I was not mistakenly before I contacted their customer service and asked them to investigate. I need to know what happened and why because I don't want to be rejected again by the same or different servers when I try to use such offers in future visits.As of today (Oct 26) after almost two weeks, I still have not received any feedbacks from Mo's Irish Pub and therefore would like BBB to help contact their local or corporate management teams for the needed investigation.I paid $17 after tax and tip (see receipt picture attached). The $5 off offer could have saved me $6.54 after tax and tip. Instead of refund credit, they can give me a free appetizer as the fair compensation.Business response

Good afternoon. Please be advised that this claim has been filed in the State of *********, but the interaction in question occurred in ****, ** at the Mo's Irish Pub in that city. Therefore, we do not believe that the claim should be of concern to the ********* BBB. Having said that, we take this issue seriously and we have investigated and followed up on the guest's statements. We believe communication levels offered to the guest could have been improved, and we apologize for the level of communication provided. As a measure of gratitude, we would like to issue a $ 10 gift card to the guest, for their use on a future visit to the establishment. We will contact the guest at their e-mail address to obtain a mailing address for the gift card. This contact via e-mail will be done today, November 3rd. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Please type your response here.]As of today Nov 10, I have not received the $10 gift card. In fact, I visited another location to use the same $5 off coupon and yet the *** system did not allow my server to allow the coupon. It is a systemic issue that need to be resolved. I therefore contacted corporate yesterday and I still haven't received any acknowledgement or response after 24 hours.
