I placed an order in September 2023 and still have not received items and not heard back from the company after reaching out three different times via email with several months between each. The items were preorder, so I understood there would be a wait for the items to be released. Both items are on the market now and mine are still not here in my hands from Badger Collectibles. Items were Funko Pops.I just want a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered to them 1 time and got no issue. the next pre-orders was a nightmare.the date of transaction was August 08, 2023.I paid ****** Pre-order of funko pop items the nature of dispute is a refund the bussiness is not trying to resolve the problem or attempt to solve it i called on their office multiple times but its out of service.the chat on ******** or instagram was automated at first and no response back.the order number is #***** no issues about advertisingInitial Complaint

Date of transaction: 7/12/2023 2 separate orders: ***** (2 items, one of which is a 3-in-1 bundle) and ***** (1 item)Date payment posted in my checking account to ********************: 7/13/2023 Items were meant to be pre-ordered, so I do understand there is a wait period. That said, the items have been out on the market for a while now and available at other outlets. There has been NO contact via email despite multiple messages sent, just asking for updates. The business hours listed have multiple versions online, so it is difficult to determine which one is correct. The phone number listed on their website is either disconnected or off the hook, as that is what you get if you call during any of their "open" hours of business.Initial Complaint

I dropped off a Funko Pop worth over $100+ to get *** verified by Badger's Collectibles in May 2023. It is now February 21st, 2024 and I get no replies, phone is dead and every time I go check during open hours they are closed. All I need is to get be able to pick up my Signed Armored **************** pop for another event for a signing soon.Initial Complaint

On 4/10/23 I purchased an item understanding it was a pre-order. During the month of July I started to see the product I ordered regularly available at other retailers. I followed up with Badger collectibles and was informed a shipment was scheduled for October. I followed up on November 1st then again on December 30th. On January 13th I requested my order be canceled but still received no response.Initial Complaint

On November 15, 2023 I placed an order for a Funko Pop of The Simpsons- Comic Book Guy (2021 Fall Convention Exclusive, order number *****, and expedited shipping. They had no problem taking my money but never sent my order. I tried calling and emailing numerous times but had no response. I even offered to drive to ********** to pick up my order, which is about a hour and a half away from my house, no response. The worst part about this is that it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my nephew. This is unacceptable and disappointing.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on October 8th 2023, at the time it was a pre-order. The item was released and I have not received the item or any type of communication in regards to the item from the company. I have reached out multiple times but have received no response.
