Hi, this complaint has been brought fourth because I never received the items that I purchase. I had previously purchased from this seller and received the good so on March 16, 2021, I placed an order of $91.35 USD, order #****. On May 3, 2021, almost two months after placing the order, I received a shipment confirmation for this order with the **** tracking number: HJ693748537US. Till this day, I have not received the package and if I click on the tracking details it appears that it is still in *********. I followed up with the business with Instagram on July 27, 2021, September 29, 2021 and via email on November 2, 2021 and February 16, 2022 when I gave them a month to address and fix this issue. Each time they said they would look into the matter and the last email was completely ignored. I only want a refund, that is the only thing I am asking for.
