General Manager, ***** *******, came over on July 29th, 2021 with his crew to replace damaged bricks on our home, along with tuckpoint work and widow ***** to prevent further damage. Work was not completed. No contract or invoice was provided at any time. He requested payment of $1,500 which was paid on 7/29 via personal check. Understanding was the work to be completed the following day. Members of his crew came out the following day and looked at the work for about 15 minutes and left. Calls to return and remedy the situation have been answered with a manager saying "too bad for you and F U" were his literal words. Any further calls have gone unanswered.
