On March 2, 2024, I placed an order for delivery to my daughter's birthday party. This order was supposed to be delivered at 12pm. It ended up never arriving before the party ended. And while I contacted customer service for assistance, I placed on hold over 10 times, often for well over 30 mins at a time. If customer service transferred me to the store's phone line, it was answered with "please hold" and I was immediately placed on hold before receiving any assistance or being able to explain. These calls were never answered. I have contacted them via their online portal with no response. I have contacted their corporate office with no response.Customer response

Wednesday, August 9th, while vacationing we ordered from Toppers Pizza in **********. We had ordered 2 pizzas and some topper sticks. When the driver arrived he did not have the topper sticks. He informed us to call the restaurant back to get a refund and he would be back with the sticks after making 2 more deliveries. We called, she said she would process the refund for the sticks and he would be there shortly. We waited an hour and he never showed. We called back, and were told he's on his way. No show. Waited almost another hour called again and were told he was on his way again. Well, it's 3 days later and he still hasn't showed up. We had someone in our party that night not get what they ordered. In total we had to call 3 times! And still nothing. I want a refund of the entire order now. Unprofessional and it was a huge inconvenience to us that evening. We were staying at *********************************************** ( a VRBO), and were charged $55.50.
