Jake did a great job. Took time to explain the best route to go in fixing the issue. Explained everything. Very personable. I feel confident working with him and Roman Electric.

Nick actually arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment window, about which I was thrilled. After showing him what I wanted done, he wrote up the paperwork with the cost of the project. As in the past when I used Roman for other electrical work, I felt the amount quoted was fair and reasonable. Upon starting the work he pointed out that the required blue plastic outlet boxes would be slightly visible after the fixtures were installed. I appreciated that he pointed this out — I told him that I had leftover paint that I could use to paint over the exposed box. Nick noticed that the installation hardware for one of the garage flood lights that I had suppled was missing. I told him that I would return the fixture to the retailer and would install it myself. He was kind enough to keep the wires exposed with wire nuts attached. Upon completion, Nick cleaned up and asked if everything was done to my satisfaction — which he did. I commend Nick for a job well done. Nick did cross-sell a yearly subscription maintenance service through Roman, which I declined. I didn’t hold it against him as I realize that Roman requires all of their technicians to present the plan to customers. Again, I am very pleased with my experience.

Ryan was the best! Did everything we asked of him and more. Love how Roman connects with us through phone calls, picture of serviceman and time of arrival to do the work. This was our 3rd project with Ryan and would recommend to everyone. Roman Electric knows how to do things right!

What an amazing work crew from start to finish. You call they are on top of issues immediately. From a furnace issue in below zero weather to a replacement of an old broken air conditioner!today as its 90 . Thank you for your expertise and exceptional service! What a team. Love the Donovans

Roman Electric, Plumbing and Heating is very professional and reliable. They called me to let me know who would be coming and a picture of the service technician, so I would know when they arrived. He gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate to repair my tub faucet. The job was done in a timely manner, I would request their services again without hesitation.

Very professional business from the beginning. From the receptionist to the job scheduler to the electricians. Nick ** and his partner were excellent. Answered all our questions. We had a new electrical box placed in a very old house and everything was organized and quality of work was top notch! Highly recommend these folks for any job. Price was reasonable and fair. Hard these days to find good quality workers that care about their trade/work. Very impressed!
