      Went to this business to have a Brazilian wax. The company kept my debit card on file without permission. Scheduled me a follow up appointment I didnt know anything about. I did not confirm the appointment. When I didnt show they charged my card $37. I Informed them I didnt agree to that appointment. They called me and I informed them I wouldnt be able to come due to the start of my monthly cycle. The manager told me I would have to come and wear a tampon or lose my money.

      Hello Kira,

       

      Once again as we have explained to you many times, you have continued to no show for your appointments. We have waived your fee in the past and we cannot continue to allow you to be disrespectful to our techs time. This was the third time you didn't show up for your appointment. Minutes into the appointment time  we spoke to you on the phone, you told us you didn't come for many reasons. One of the reasons you gave us was that you were on your menstrual cycle. It is always the call of our female guests to reschedule due to their menstrual cycle. However it still isn't an excuse to not show up for an appointment. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy as well as we policy to hold credit cards for instances like this. This is clearly stated on our website and in your initial service paperwork. You have been here before, know the policies and have signed the paperwork. The decision was made to charge you this time due to your continued disrespectful behavior. We don't know how to be anymore clear at this time. You have continued to harass us through multiple ways of complaining via the internet and by phone. This is not how we do business and have always been willing to have these conversations with you directly. We are going to one again ask you to refrain from contacting us. You are no longer welcome at **** *** and we hope you find a place that can better serve your needs.
