I received an unsolicited call from this org over 1 year ago and agreed to donate but refused to give my cc# over the phone. I honored my pledge by check when the invoice came. For the past year, I have received innumerable calls, always from a different #, asking for another donation to any of the 'charities' they sponsor. I have spoken to the callers and stated they would not ever again receive any $ from me. Repeated efforts to have my # removed have been ignored. Last phone call was from a woman stating that I had committed to another donation...not true. Last week I received "..an appeal, not a ****** This is harrassment and is impeding my ability to effectively handle my incoming calls.

My father was contacted by National Police Support looking for donations over the phone. My father has significant memory deficits due to Alzheimer's and contacted me afterwards to try to explain that he thought he had been scammed. I contacted his credit card company, among other things, and asked that the charge be reversed because he had no intention of making a contribution. The credit card company initially reversed the charge but then reinstated it after finding the charge "valid." I am following up with CitiBank but it appears this company is ok preying on seniors with Alzheimer's.

They are relentless and pushy. They do not stop calling when instructed. They give officers a bad name. I want them to never contact me again. They continue to call after being told to stop. Then they continue to send me what looks like a bill for an assumed amount. It never stops and I have asked they stop. I was kind enough to give one time and one time only. That should be enough. Do not call or send me anymore mail or make calls. No, means no!

American Police and ****************** (******** of Allis WI. will not stop harrassing me. I did pledge 20 dollars and sent a check and since then, they continue to call non stop. They also wanted my credit card number and got adversary with me when I declined to give it to them. They call from at least 5 different phone numbers. I **** request they stop calling and that they take me off their call list and they continue to call. They call on weekends, middle of the workday and evenings. I support our police but do not appreciate being harrassed so I researched this company and it looks like it is a scam, a fundraising lobby group. Please communicate to others never to provide a credit card number over the telephone. My sponsor confirmation number is ************.

About 2 months ago in the late afternoon, early evening hours, a male representative from this organization called my home phone and spoked to my elderly mother. He identified what organization that he was calling from and asked for a donation. When my mother told him that she did not have the money because she was on a fixed income, he got nasty with her on the phone. She told me about it about 2-3 weeks later and she told me the name of the organization. We received a bill from them about a few weeks later. I believe they have called once more, and I told my mother when they call, do not answer the phone since their representatives don't have good customer service skills/phone manners. Usually, companies and organizations like this are a front for scammers, so I don't give my hard-earned money to them anyway.

I continue to receive solicitation from this organization after dozens of requests to be taken off their donor list. After retirement 3 years ago, I decided to cut back on donations due to my lower fixed income. The solicitation is now harassment as they just use ther phone numbers if I try to block them.

I received a phone call asking for a donation for a local police association. I donate yearly to the Fire Fighters, so of course I stated I would support the Police as well. They thanked me and wanted my credit card number. I told them I only send checks, and would not give them my credit card #. The representative was adamant that I needed to make the donation over the phone. I told her absolutely not, that she could mail me the donation statement. I researched the organization, and found them to NOT be a true local police association. Instead they are a political action committee! When they called back, I told them I would not send the money and to remove me from their call list. They now call me every single day, at least 5 times per day. I block their numbers, however, they change their numbers and keep calling. This is harassment and I request assistance to stop the phone calls.
