Hello!
Without having further information, such as the vehicle's year/make/model and VIN, it is difficult for ** to pull up the correct account.
If a debtor is dissatisfied with a service provided by Wisconsin Repossessors, they should in the first instance speak directly with the staff member/s they have been dealing with. The debtor will then need to file a complaint with ** by filling out our Customer Complaint Form. They will need to be as detailed as possible and provide any pictures/evidence they may have. For damaged or missing items, a police report must be filed. Once that is completed, and the police contact Wisconsin Repossessors, our complaint process will begin with the police officer assigned to the complaint. The debtor must additionally provide the following information on the form.
Name
Phone Number
Nature of Complaint
Desired Resolution
The complaint form, once made, will need to go directly to our office team so we can investigate the complaint by getting employee statements, pulling any video footage, pictures of the vehicle and the property inventory sheet. At Wisconsin Repossessors, all trucks are equipped with cameras which allows ** to monitor the repossession the entire time it is in our possession. The vehicle is then brought to our secured lot which is also under surveillance.
Once that is completed, a Wisconsin Repossessors employee will reach out to the debtor to report the findings and discuss the resolution.
Typically, when a customer arrives to retrieve personal property, they will clean out their own vehicles if they arrive within 24 hours of the repossession. After that, we are required to remove all property other than any food and/or liquids before it leaves our lot for transport.
