  ***************************** from Wisconsin Best Tree Guy came to my property on the morning of April 30th, 2024 and had a proposal set up under the name of Greendale landscaping and trees. The night before on the phone call he stated he was from Greenfield ************** He started the job and cut my old phone land line and the Spectrum cable line . One line was my cable and Wi-Fi and it was out for two days until Spectrum came back and had to rewire and hook up my line to my house again. Thankfully I was not charged for this as well. He wrote and set it up as two large trees in backyard down and gone. Today down was $1,500.00, tomorrow gone $700 and the stumps were free. He charged me a total of $2,200 for everything.He did not come back. I paid him the $1,500 that day. And now he would not answer his phone after that. Instead he started texting and stating he was still coming back, and then it was for Sunday (Between 9:30-10:30am) this last weekend and never showed. Now he does not respond to any phone calls or text messages! I am reporting him so he does not do this to anyone else. He also gave me a fake name of ***********************************? When his name is *****************************. Phone number for him I have is ************ and ************.Other business names are All Pro Trees and Best Tree Guys of Wisconsin to name a few.

  Ricky used name All ********* llc Got my name from home advisors said he's first on there list Was in ****** on a job and could be here in a few minutes Fed me a lot of bull that I believed family business over ****************************** **, I reminded him of his mom. I wanted a pear tree trimmed and treated he said it would normally be 1000 but he'd throw the 300 treatment in (I found out from an arborist who unfortunately got here later that you do not treat fruit trees with chemicals and the job was very unprofessional none of the top was trimmed and too much taken from bottom) Ricky says it will be cheaper if I do the removal. he had no intention of removing I said i wanted to get more estimates and he said why? He said he was an arborist " Im here i can do the job Im one of the best" I was sceptical but he was forceful and intimidating He left to get coffee I started having second thoughts called him to cancel and again he manipulated and guilt tripped me. he had no business card I asked him on the phone for proof of insurance and licence and he said of course he'd show me never did Comes back another guy gets out of car they get a trimmer on a pole out of trunk Ricky tells the other guy what to cut. Done in less than an hour. only trimmed as high as the pole reached from the ground! Said you cant climb these trees. Another lie Now tells me too cold to do treatment I can pay 600 now and he'll come back July 31 for 100 treatment I said isn't that kinda late the fruit will be set he says ok may31! Told me he was expert on fruit trees ! I was such a fool! Never had a fruit tree before and believed the first liar that came. I'm finding out from other tree services the job should have been around 200! **** me a blank invoice he writes in the name of his make belief company no address I'm over 65 and he must have saw an easy ***** I thought I was smarter than this.   Jan 5, **** Ricky Falvey came to door with proposal to cut down large tree w/o top, trim another tree today & return Saturday (1-6-24) to clean up. Trunk to be taken, another person to grind ***** ($50), branches shredded, yard leaves taken from beds. Some logs to be at curb. $2100 to be paid. 1-5-24 $1800 when cutting done & bal $300 when cleanup done. Yard would look better than b4.His business had another name on paper: ******************** LLC.Phone ************ ********************* my friend watched 3 hrs as 1 man wildly cut tree. Ricky Falvey trimmed 4 branches another tree & left. A third man stayed & watched. Parts of neighbors tree was damaged, Ricky promised compensation Sat to neighbor. Ricky returned & said it was too dark to start clean up & I needed to pay $1800 payable to him, i did regrettingly. Sat 1-6-24 snowed & I called & left 3 msgs on Rickys phone (cell w/o name) to call & let me know when crew would arrive.Never heard anything, I called another service I knew a relative of. ***************** couldnt locate company name from my contract, but found Ricky Falvey on ************* identified photos of him (w a video of him eating recently). ***************** said he had to clean up a job of Rickys from before. He found other old company names & locations of Rickys work. He said I needed to wait though I probably wont hear back and contact BBB, using Ricky Falveys name. I took photos of the mess left in my yard. ***************** said the work was sloppy & crewd,
