Purchase a brand new Mercury outboard jet 25Hp. Had to wait almost 6months to receive it. From the first time I used, it was very disappointing. It will not get my 14 aluminum fishing boat on plan. Has the power of a 10Hp motor. The dealership said it runs as designed and there is nothing they can do. ******* said I didnt buy it from them I bought it from the dealership and its not their problem.I am very unhappy with the Mercury Jet and it doesnt run as advertised.Initial Complaint

Last year my husband and I went to the boat show with friends I had been building my credit to do this so we decided on a new pontoon put a $3500. Deposit down upon getting financed which one had a 720 score and another with a ********************************************************************************************* any of our deposit back I know car dealerships that say they dont give people there money back but they do give it back in good honor these people are crooks and will never give anyone any money they put down.Initial Complaint

Ordered new Hurricane Fundeck in Oct/Nov 2021. Advised be in around Mar-Apr 2022. $5000 deposit Reached out to **** monthly starting in Mar. Said no ETA Advised waiting on the snap-in floor Asked if the boat could be delivered w/out the snap-in floor and have floor shipped later. Advised no, floor is custom cut on arrival Received call that floor came in, but wrong size. Was going to over-night to get correct size. 1-2 weeks go by.***** out to **** & advised still waiting on the replacement floor. What happened to over-night? Spoke to ********** he said hed request the boat be shipped from mnf w/out the floor and he would install it. We agreed Time goes by, still waiting on boat per ************* of May begin of June we ask ****, if he has another boat on floor similar to swap. **** said he had an $80,000 Tri-Tune and would trans $5000 deposit. **** said boat we ordered would be easy for him to sell. $80,000 out of our price range, so we declined 6/16/22 still no ETA. ***************, we found another boat in-stock elsewhere that we may buy. Asked for refund on deposit. Advised, no. Asked to put deposit towards boating acc. He said, no. Partial refund? He said, no. He said the boat we ordered is custom so not easy to sell (diff than what he said before when he thought we would buy his $80,000 tri-tune.) He said hed hold our deposit for 2yrs and if we bought a boat from him w/in those 2yrs, we could trans the deposit. We asked if we found a if he would refund our deposit. He said, yes. We told him we were deciding if we would buy the boat from the other dealer 6/18/22 we purchase an in-stock boat from elsewhere ~1 wk after the call from 6/16, **** called and sent pics via txt of the boat we ordered stating it was in and one of his guys picked it up from mnf He said they put boat in water to test & people around the boat landing were in awe of the boat With buying the other boat, we didnt need this one. We asked 1 again for a refund & were advised, no.
