4 months later after I purchased from them.. they don’t care about you anymore… I had hard time to get hold of anyone including general manager… I emailed, texted and fb messages, still nothing responded back… all I asked simple question about extended warranty so I don’t know why it’s so difficult for them to answer easy question…. so I definitely know they will never see me again… They are liar, misleading, telling me they’re having sales so I went and ask about it, seems to avoiding to answer that and I already got approved from my lender and they said they would get me best rate and ended up not the best rate so I had to refinance from my bank to better rate so they’re pretty much of wasted my time… so I don’t recommend this business unless you want get ******* by Garrett … I suggestion to get loan from your bank because it will be better rate than they offering… they also don’t know what they’re doing with dmv where I ended up had to pay more money for the fees and they did not sign some certificate for dmv, so the dmv try to get it pass thru without their signature… obviously I will not go back to this business again… September 27, they still haven’t answer my question about GAP insurance refunds for about a week so pretty much they just proved themselves that they’re poor customer service! So beware of that business… Even general manger Evan ***** ignored my emails…

Be very cautious when purchasing a new motorcycle from this dealership. If you are purchasing a new sports motorcycle, you will not be able to test drive before you purchase. This wasn't a big deal because I knew what I wanted, but upon arriving home and getting a chance to write it, I noticed several things.Almost all of the cables were not tighten down and the lock nut was just spinning away. I also noticed that the coolant reservoir was empty. With simple things like this being neglected, I no longer trust anything that they set up and charge you for. You pay a set up fee which I understand and yet you receive a product not set up. Now I have to take it to another dealership to make sure that my motorcycle is safe enough to ride.

I bought a used motorcycle and two days later had a safety concern about the rear tire losing 10 psi overnight. I contacted Fuel Motorsports immediately with , I'll tell my manager and he'll get back to you. heard nothing for 4 days but kept track of the tire still consistently losing 10 psi overnight, no riding. Contacted them again and asked for them to just mount a new tire (at their cost) that I already purchased , still no response as of today. The quality of their safety check of the motorcycles (at a cost also) and customer service is just horrible. I've been riding 35 years and I'm not even mad anymore, just extremely disappointed in service by people I thought I shared the love of riding with.

Absolutely the worst sales service I've ever encountered. Started dealing with Blake 10/13/21. For a 2022 Sportsman 450 Ut $7900 sale price. Was told my deposit wouldn't be taken unless financing was going to be approved. That was an out right lie. They took the deposit $500. Set an appointment for me to pick up quad 10/19/21. I tried for two days to confirm everything was a go. No reply back via numerous forms of communication. Then finally Saturday 10/16 Brandon calls says my financing wasn't approved. Very surprising to me as we're pretty damn stable. They need my wife. So we did that. Took until Wednesday 10/20 for them to inform me they still fail. So I went to my bank had the loan acquired in 10 minutes. Plus refinancing on my HD..... Call ask Al the sales manager for a purchase agreement. As I will be bringing cash because they refused to work with my bank or any bank they're not working with. Al said he would not send a purchase agreement over if there was going to be a lean on the vehicle. Crazy because that's exactly how they're going to sell it the first-time? I then asked why they're being so difficult. He claimed they're not. They just didn't want to deal with FCC filing? You mean you want evade taxes? Then he proceeds to explain if it's to difficult they'll refund my $500 and won't sell me the quad. All while using a condescending tone as to my intelligence. I told him good I'm done dealing with you. Probably used an expletive.... Going tomorrow to buy brand new 570 in Madison @ Engelhart Stay away from Fuel Powersport!
