      I made a purchase on April 5th for a piece of furniture. On June 6th, *** from painted fox home let me know it would be available by late june.On July 17th I followed up.On July 18th I received another email stating it would be 2-3 weeks to reach the warehouse.On August 6th I received another email indicating it was en route and would arrive by end of month.This is the last communication Painted Fox has made with me, with no further updates despite numerous points of contact.

      I placed an order for 3 items in July 2023. I received 2 items, but the 3rd one is still missing. I have pictures of ***** delivery of the first 2 items in boxes, but the 3rd was supposed to be a white glove delivery and has never arrived. I have tried multiple times to contact them through the email on their website but have not received a response about this missing item. The cost of the missing item was $1832 and I would like to either get the item or a refund. I have ordered from this company before with no problems and if there was one it was minor and they always responded. I am very disappointed in their lack to respond to the issue.

      I bought a table in April from Painted Fox with estimated delivery in May. I was contacted multiple times to be informed that there was a delay in the shipping. I understand that delays are happening everywhere so I was understanding. I reached back out again to find out the *** for delivery after several delays but unfortunately have not heard back from anyone since August. I have sent multiple emails (no phone number listed on the website) to ask for either an *** or a refund but have heard nothing. I spent $2000 on the table and have not been given a refund.

      I ordered 4 of their Tojo bar stools on April 7th 23 and was charged by Painted Fox for the amount of $1,117 that same day. I was told I would receive the stools end of June. I reached out to the company on July 19th requesting an update since I hadnt received my order, and *** responded via email on 7/20 to say they should be shipped in the next 2-3 weeks **** Since then I have reached out to the business 4 more times and have received NO response. They are holding $1,117 of my money and have gone COMPLETELY dark on me, despite my many pleas for their help.

      I placed this order back in May as a preorder and never received updates. Im august I decided to cancel the order and received an email back that they would put in the cancellation request but i never received any confirmation or refund. I would like my money back!

      I ordered six dining chairs in February 2023, with a planned ship date in June 2023. When I hadn't received the chairs in the first week of June, I reached out and was told there had been a delay, and they would be delivered in July. Early July I reached out and they told me that the order had been postponed until later July. In the beginning of August I reached out again and they said they were due to be in the warehouse and ship out two weeks later. I reached out twice in the last two weeks asking for up an update and no one is responding to me. I believe that they kept delaying the order until I could no longer dispute the charge with PayPal, as they are declining my claim as it has been more than six months since the original purchase. I'm out $1,400 and the company is no longer responding to me!

      On July 28, 2023 we purchased a chair for over $1,800. We talked to the owner about the purchase because we were wanting a couch and a chair but the couch was not in stock. We also talked to the owner about the shipping because we needed it to be held off for about 5 days. She said it would arrive within five days from purchase so she would have the team wait until August 5 before they shipped it. We felt like we were in great communication with the lady until a week goes by from August 5 and no chair in site. I never received a tracking number. After several emails and phone calls, the last two emails we received was one from a team member, stating she was trying to get our shipment out to us/confirming the date of when we talked about having it shipped and the other was from the owner who said she had a family emergency come up and how unprofessional it was of her to not respond. That was a month ago! I responded to both emails, confirming the shipping date and asking for a tracking number. I was sympathetic to the owner and not wanting to put pressure on her because of her family emergency. It looks like she used the family emergency situation on numerous customers.

      I placed an order for some bathroom counter top vanity decorative mirrors. I spent ***** and while this is a lot for this type of purchase the website photos and description looked unique and i was super excited about them. Their website states they offer a 5-day return policy for products if you are not fully satisfied. I placed my order on 8/5/23 and received it 8/14/23. Upon opening the box I fount not only is the item extremely cheap looking they were also damaged. I immediatly (next day) emailed their customer service **** to request a return authorization, so well within my 5 days. They replied that same day asking for photos of the damage which I immediatly sent to them. I also stated in my email that despite them being damaged I am also not satisfied with the product in general and want to return for a full refund as their policy states. I have not received any emails since then. I have emailed them at least once if not twice a day since then and have received absolutley ZERO responses. This company is a scam and clearly liars advertising full refunds if not satisfied. I will be contacting my bank next to report fraud.

      8/3/23 purchased rattan from company. Was delivered 8/12/23 and when I opened the package it was broken in 3 places. I immediately took pics as their website suggested and sent email stating that I wanted refund. As of today I still have not had a response from company. I have sent 3 emails total. There isnt a phone number listed.

      We order a mirror from this store and they never said when they will deliver and we emailed multiple times and nobody answered. They took our money and didnt supply.

      We are sincerely sorry the mirror you ordered sold out prior to your purchase. As soon as we realized it would not be able to ship we did refund the order in full.
