I returned an item on 1/25/22 and to date I have still not received a refund or acknowlegement that this item was received. I have proof of delivery.Business response

Our apologies for the delay in acknowledging your return and processing your refund. Our warehouse was very behind at the time, but has received and processed your return. Your refund has now been processed. Our warehouse is now processing return items received within the same week. Again, our apologies for the delay in resolution here.Customer response

Reliable of Milwaukee listed MukLuk ***** boots on the ****.com website. I purchased them (there was only one style that was the ***** boot in black so that is what I ordered). Instead, they sent me the Tally style boot which is completely different in color, style and materials than the ***** boot. Upon reaching out to both RoM and ****.com both informed me that the color sent was correct but it was not even the listed ***** .boot. As there are numerous bad reviews stating other customers were sent the incorrect boots I believe that RoM are engaging in disingenous and misleading marketing and advertising. How can they sell a boot as one style and then sent customers another completely different boot? That's deceptive. I would like the boot that I purchased Black (ebony) ***** MukLuk boot in size 9. They offered to exchange the boots but I would be on the hook for return shipping which would cost me more than the actual boots initially cost. Why should the customer pay for return shipping when they deceived me about the product. I would also like the MukLuk boots listed on ****.com listed under their style name and not called ***** boots when they are not. I do not want to see this happen to anyone else.Business response

This was an honest error which has since been resolved on ****.com. Our records indicate that customer was refunded back in January. Unfortunately, we no longer have inventory of the ***** boots.
