      I needed another zone added to my lawn, already had 3 that they connected to the current system. I was shocked to receive a bill from them for exactly $1,000. I only had a verbal quote of about half what I was billed. Nothing was itemized, such as parts, labor or tax. I plan to contact the company on Monday to get an itemized statement. The control box was already installed so it was a simple extension. So disappointed in their poor business practices. Amazing how the statement had such an exact number. Did they round it up down, or just guess at what they could gouge from an octogenarian!

After reviewing your account, we have billed for service correctly, and am deeply disappointed you did not reach out to our office first before discussing your situation here. As the Office Manager, I am here Mon to Fri, 7 am to 4pm to discuss any concerns or questions you might have had. Any time we have a complaint our intention is to resolve the situation so we are both happy with the outcome. Furthermore, upon reviewing your bill and quote, a quoted job does not come with an itemized bill. If we scheduled a service call then it would be itemized. Your quote was listed from ****** to *******. Since your actually bill went over quoted price ($1121.78) I billed accordingly to *******. We highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer. Its our goal to retain you as a satisfied customer and will hope to serve you again in the future. Lastly, we would like to make our best attempt in regaining your confidence in our company if possible. I would be happy to speak to you about this bill.       OSI did an awful job and refuses to help fix my yard they killed off. I attempted to talk to the department manager, Patrick, about my issues, but after leaving him 3 voicemails over a 1 month span I hadn’t heard anything back and decided to go another route. At this time, I attempting to contact the owner, Jake, but he also didn’t answer nor couldn’t be bothered to call back. Eventually I was able to speak to a receptionist about the issues. She advised she spoke with Jake and that OSI wouldn’t be sending anyone out to inspect my yard nor would they be willing to assist in the recovery of the yard. Sent before and after pictures and they still didn’t care. Awful company with even worse costumer service! AVOID USING OSI!!!
