My husband and I hired ***************************** at Olive Branch Media as our videographer for our wedding on October 2, 2021. Attempts were made via email to follow-up on video progress in December. When following up January 16, 2021 via text regarding the process of wedding videos , ****** stated "Your films are done and should've been send out in December, I will take a trip into the office this week and make sure you receive everything!" I had not heard back if/when these videos will be sent out.. I followed up with ****** by phone call and text January 21, February 3, and March 3, with no responses. I am heavily disappointed that we hired a videographer for our day, and have not yet seen these videos, or received a response indicating when we can expect them. Per the contract: the trailer should have been made available within 1 week of the event. The full film will be posted with a link emailed to the client 6-8 weeks after the event. The full film, along with any additional footage will be delivered via a usb drive and DVD(s) by mail after film is posted.
