If I could choose zero stars, I would! These straps arrived 2 different lengths, when I took the stakes out one of the orange plastic pieces came off & I pounded the stakes in the ground. My puppies ran through the tunnel 2 times and the stakes came out!!!!! I was told to put the strap past the first tunnel ring......one of the straps was not going to close, it was 4" too short!!! It was defective upon arrival and I contacted them immediately! They refuse to pay for the return shipping for their defective product but if you want them to keep your money they will pay for the return shipping. Horrible customer service, waste of my time & waste of money! I will never buy anything from them ever again and will be sure to tell everyone else!! Their product is not only defective but DANGEROUS!!!!Review from Margaret P

I ordered a service dog vest for my client according to active dog specifications. Smallest size for vest is 25 inches girth, dog is 25 inches. Vest does not fit the dog and they won’t take it back or exchange because they say it’s personalized. It is not personalized! My business logo is velcro and is not sewn on vest. They are not customer friendly and only care about the bottom line. I’m done with this company.

As per our email correspondence about order ******. When you purchased the custom logo patch and requested it to be sewn on with Velcro that makes the product custom and non-returnable. Disclaimer on all custom logo patches state if you request to be sewn on it makes a product custom as the patch size and location is not standard. With velcro option the hook is still sewn to the vest creating the same non-returnable/resalable product.Review from Sondra S

Purchased snow booties for our 2 fur babies. They don't stay on. Our first snow occurred beyond their 30 day return policy, so they are not willing to work with us on a return. Over $200 for boots that don't stay on because of a terrible design(They claim it's designed to fit your dogs paws and legs better). Please!! do not waste your money on their products. Highly do NOT recommend them.Review from Brian N.

The owner of this company is a Racist. She doesn't like to do business with Native American Indian Public Safety Departments. She treated me horribly and acted like I was a low life criminal when I tried to purchase some K9 patches from her company. Even after I emailed my credentials to them. I've found another K9 supply company in Texas that treats me and my department right. Stay clear of activedogs,com

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. We by no means are a racist company and fully support police, military, & all types of K9 teams no matter the nationality and industry. The family that owns ActiveDogs is a mixed nationally family themselves. It is our company policy that we DO sell standard K9 patches to anyone in the k9 industry, but patches that state specifically Sheriff, Police, Border Patrol ect we will not sell without validating they are in employed by such organization. We do this to protect our fellow brothers and sisters in law enforcement and to ensure those types of patches are not in the wrong hands and used for the wrong reason. If you do have credentials that you are employed by such agency we would be more than happy to support you and provide these type of patches.
